Dr. Sothearith IM is a Partner and Senior Corporate & Governance Advisor at PAN & Associates, bringing over 30 years of executive leadership experience in Cambodia and internationally. He is widely recognized for his expertise in corporate governance, organizational transformation, strategic planning, and regional market expansion.

Throughout his career, Dr. Sothearith has held senior executive roles within leading Cambodian conglomerates, where he directed large-scale operations and spearheaded complex corporate restructuring programs for organizations employing more than 6,000 personnel. His leadership has consistently focused on strengthening institutional performance, enhancing operational efficiency, and aligning governance structures with long-term strategic objectives.

He currently serves as Executive President of Zo Motors, overseeing multi-jurisdictional operations across Cambodia and the region. His hands-on executive experience enables him to deliver practical, commercially grounded advice to boards, shareholders, and senior management.

At PAN & Associates, Dr. Sothearith advises corporate clients on governance frameworks, restructuring strategies, leadership transitions, and sustainable growth initiatives, helping organizations navigate change with clarity and confidence. He holds a PhD from Ohio University and is a Fulbright Scholar.
